Peter Walters
Peter Walters was held at the jail in Lewiston, Idaho, when, according to the Idaho County Free Press in June 1922, a group of ten men came to the jail and asked for him. The paper says they took him from the jail and hanged him at what it called a neck-tie party, and it gives no date for the killing. An 1888 reminiscence in the same paper describes a group coming to the Lewiston jail, asking for him to attend a neck-tie party and taking him from the jail, but the scanned text is unreadable at the point where the account describes what followed.
