Peter Fengier died while held at the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility. Organizers who listed the 17 people who had died at the facility since 2001 included his name, as reported by the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service in October 2018. The organizers' list records his name but no date, cause or circumstances of his death.
