Perry M. Ziko
Perry M. Ziko, 44, of Fort Wayne, died at the Allen County Jail on September 14, 2019, and was found dead there. The Allen County Coroner's Office said an autopsy found he died of asphyxia due to hanging and ruled the manner of death a suicide. The Allen County Sheriff's Department is also investigating his death.
