Paulino Perez Martinez
Paulino Perez Martinez, 44, died on August 23, 2018, while held at the Montrose County Jail in Colorado. According to Montrose County coroner Dr. Thomas Canfield, he was found unresponsive during a routine cell check and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
