Paul Scott Kissel
Paul Kissel, 52, died on December 14, 2018, at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Coralville, where he was held in the custody of the Iowa Department of Corrections. The department says the cause of death is unknown and that an autopsy has been ordered. Prison officials said the death is not considered suspicious.
