Paul Kissel, 52, died on December 14, 2018, while held at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Coralville, Iowa. The Iowa Department of Corrections said the cause of death was unknown and that an autopsy had been ordered. Prison officials said the death was not considered suspicious.
