Paul Brown

Paul Brown, 55, was held at the Wynne Unit in Huntsville, a Texas state prison, and was taken to Hospital Galveston on April 18, 2020. He died there on April 26, 2020. KWTX reports that COVID-19, diagnosed before his death, was the cause. The Texas Office of the Attorney General's custodial death report lists his death at Hospital Galveston, a Texas Department of Criminal Justice facility.
