Patrick Speer
Patrick Speer, 44, was found dead in his cell at the Washington County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania, a jail southwest of Pittsburgh, where he was being held before trial. Guards found him while making rounds. Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said the manner of death is pending, and the cause awaits toxicology and other autopsy results.
