Patrick O'Day, 53, was held at the Jefferson County jail in Colorado, where he arrived in a wheelchair. Mark Techmeyer, spokesman for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, said deputies found him not breathing during an overnight check, and he was pronounced dead early on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office said an autopsy could not determine a cause of death and that toxicology results are still pending. The manner of his death has not been determined.
