Patrick Maurice Dixon
Patrick Maurice Dixon, 31, had recently been released early from prison and was planning a homecoming party his sister was holding for him that night. His father, Miles Dixon, said he had lent his son his truck so he could check in with his parole officer. On April 1, 2016, Patrick was shot in a parking lot in Severn, Maryland, and was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Anne Arundel County Police said they are seeking an acquaintance in the shooting and describe it as targeted.
