Patrick Ford

Patrick Ford was hanged in New Orleans on March 12, 1886, in a judicial execution carried out by the state. The Iola Register reported that before the hanging, Ford and a co-defendant had each taken belladonna in an attempt to kill themselves. The paper said the two men were taken to the scaffold barely conscious.
