Patrick Evan Dobbs
Patrick Evan Dobbs, 28, of Pinson, died on February 15, 2020, while held at the Birmingham City Jail. According to the sources, he was found unresponsive in his private cell on a Saturday morning after he did not get up for the morning head count. He was pronounced dead at 7:21 a.m. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office has not determined the cause or manner of death pending further tests, and authorities said they do not believe there was foul play.
