Patrick Knight, 39, was executed by lethal injection by the State of Texas at the Huntsville Unit in Huntsville on June 26, 2007, according to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. A 2024 Police1 account says that before his execution he asked others for jokes for his final statement, and that one of them was included in his last words.
