Patricia Baggett
Patricia Baggett, 61, was found dead in the Saginaw County Jail on May 5, 2023. The Saginaw County Sheriff's Office said it believes she died by suicide, and the incident was under investigation. Preliminary incident reports and autopsy results, obtained by MLive through a Freedom of Information Act request, also point to suicide, and the reporting says she died shortly before she was due to be released. Detectives' investigation was still ongoing at the time of that reporting.
