Parrish Duren
Parrish Duren, 38, died on April 5, 2025, at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi, Kern County, where he was held in state custody. He was found in his cell with visible injuries and was pronounced dead at 8:55 a.m. The Kern County Sheriff's Coroner Office later determined that he died of strangulation and that the manner of death was homicide, according to KBAK.
