Otis Morris
Otis Morris, 69, died of COVID-19 on February 3, 2021, while held at the Federal Correctional Institution Gilmer in Glenville, West Virginia, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Bureau said he tested positive and was placed in medical isolation before being taken to a local hospital, where his condition worsened and he was put on a ventilator. Hospital staff pronounced him dead the following day, according to a WDTV 5 report. No other account of his death has been published.
