Otis Douglas
Otis Douglas, 48, died on August 10, 2017, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital while on medical furlough from Menard Correctional Center in Randolph County, Illinois. The Illinois Department of Corrections said the Randolph County coroner attributed his death to natural causes.
