Oswaldo Quizaman

Oswaldo Quizaman, 35, was stabbed in a telephone area of the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana, on the evening of Monday, October 6, 2014. He died while being taken to a hospital in Vincennes. The Indiana State Police are investigating his death as a homicide, and prison spokesman Rich Larsen said the prison was placed on lockdown while investigators worked.
