Osmel Enriquez

Osmel Enriquez died while held at Phillips State Prison in Georgia. One source with knowledge of the incident told the Macon Telegraph that he died by suicide and that staff missed a mandated 15-minute check on his well-being before he died. Corrections officials did not issue a statement at the time.
