Oscar Recinos-Pascacio
Oscar Recinos-Pascacio, 49, was held at the Clallam County jail in Washington state. The Clallam County Sheriff's Office said corrections deputies found him unresponsive in his cell on October 21, 2026. He was taken to Olympic Medical Center, then transferred to Harborview Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. The sheriff's office said the cause and manner of death are pending. It has asked the Kitsap Critical Incident Response Team to conduct an independent investigation, which is ongoing.
