Oryon Guinn, 38, died on September 10, 2022, while held at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri. The Texas County Coroner, Marie Lasater, said his toxicology results showed nearly eight times the lethal level of fentanyl and attributed his death to a fentanyl overdose. FOX 2 reported her findings on November 10, 2022.
