Noe Taveras
Noe Taveras, 40, died on February 1, 2026, at MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Suffield, Connecticut, where he had been held since 2010. He was found unresponsive in his cell, according to the Department of Correction. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined that he died by suicide, while a later report from the same office and a Connecticut Mirror account listed his death without a cause or manner. State police and the Department of Correction's Security Division said they were reviewing the matter.
