Nicholas Roman
Nicholas Roman, 28, died on March 7, 2008, at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Sullivan County, Indiana. His mother, Sally Weiss, had expected him to be released in July, and she said she was angry at the prison and may sue; his funeral was set for Thursday in Evansville. Indiana State Police said his cellmate appears to have strangled him on the night of his death. The prison said its investigation would continue that week.
