Nelson DeCloud, 73, died at the Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Missouri, a state prison where he was held. The Missouri Department of Corrections announced the death and said it does not suspect foul play. The department did not give a cause of death in the report published by KOMU 8 on April 4, 2014.
