Nathan Ramsey

Nathan Ramsey, a Black man, was hanged in the jail yard at Helena, Arkansas, according to a brief item in The Hope Pioneer published January 27, 1893. He died while held at the Helena jail. The Pioneer reported his death in a few lines.
