Nathan Harrison Edwards, 31, died on November 17, 2017, while held at the Okaloosa County Jail in Florida. According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, correctional staff physically restrained him, and he later became unresponsive and was taken to North Okaloosa Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office has not yet determined the manner of death, and the investigation was ongoing when the report was published.
