Monica Cutts
Monica Cutts, a 29-year-old woman from Tallahassee, Florida, died in August 2022 while held at Pulaski State Prison in Georgia. The Pulaski County Coroner, Christopher Clark, said she was declared brain dead after being taken to a hospital in Macon. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation will perform an autopsy, and the cause and manner of her death remain undetermined until it is complete. Her family is grieving her loss.
