Mohammad Ekram Sherdil
Mohammad Ekram Sherdil, of Dale City, died on February 23, 2021, while held at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center in Manassas. Early that morning, his cellmate called for help. Prince William County police spokeswoman Renee Carr said he was pronounced dead after rescue workers arrived. Carr said police did not suspect foul play and that an autopsy would be performed.
