Ming How

Ning How was hanged in Canyon City, Oregon, on January 15, 1892, according to a Baker City dispatch carried by the Daily Tobacco Leaf-Chronicle. That report says the drop failed to break his neck and that he died in convulsions after about twelve minutes. A separate 1892 newspaper item also reported that he was hanged in Oregon.
