Michael Stephen Judge
Michael Stephen Judge, 47, died on March 29, 2011, in Pima County, Arizona, while held in a cell. Jason Ogan, a spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department, said officers went to the cell to investigate and that Judge swallowed a plastic bag holding an unknown substance. According to the department, Judge later stopped breathing.
