Michael Senna
Michael Senna, 63, died on September 1, 2018, while held at the Camp Hill State Correctional Institution in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He was a Vermont prisoner housed in that Pennsylvania facility. The cause of his death was still under investigation when the report was published. Vermont's Defender General said they were waiting for an autopsy report from Pennsylvania before starting their own inquiry.
