Michael Redente
Michael Patrick Redente, 40, died on August 25, 2015, while held at the Tom Green County Jail in San Angelo, Texas, where he was held for the U.S. Marshals Service. The Texas Commission on Jail Standards said he died by suicide less than 24 hours after he was booked into the jail. Type Investigations reports that the Marshals knew he had attempted suicide four months earlier. State inspectors said the jail should have treated him as high-risk.
