Michael Raybon, 79, died on January 11, 2026, while held at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. The Wyoming Department of Corrections said an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death and that it will not release protected information. The department has not yet given a cause or manner of death, which remains pending the autopsy.
