Michael R. Keeton, 43, died on April 29, 2021, after another person assaulted him at Chillicothe Correctional Institution, a state prison in Chillicothe, Ohio. The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified him and classified his death as a homicide, and its initial report carried a gang-activity code.
