Michael R. Felder, 61, died on July 8, 2016, while held at the Douglas County Jail in Omaha, Nebraska. According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in his cell around 7 a.m., and staff gave first aid and called 911 before he was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office said it is investigating the death, and no cause or manner of death has been given.
