Michael Pendell
Michael Pendell, 69, died on December 14, 2023, while held at the Reception and Treatment Center, a state corrections facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said Pendell had been receiving treatment for medical conditions. The department said the cause of death has not been determined.
