Michael Morton
Michael Morton, 67, died in 2018 at the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma. His siblings said he struggled with mental illness. Jailers found him not breathing and without a pulse on the floor of his cell. An autopsy report attributed his death to a heart attack and cited a seizure disorder as a contributing factor, and the death was reported to the state health department.
