Michael Lilley
Michael Lilley, 55, was held at FCI Oakdale I, a federal prison in Oakdale, Louisiana, when he went into respiratory failure. He was taken to a local hospital, where he tested positive for COVID-19, and was placed on a ventilator when his condition worsened.
