Michael F. Douglas
Michael F. Douglas, 41, of Mankato, died on January 22, 2014, while he was held at the Minnesota Security Hospital in St. Peter, a state psychiatric facility. Police found him in his room shortly before 6:30 p.m. with serious injuries, and the Minnesota Department of Human Services said he died from injuries inflicted by another patient. A criminal complaint says that patient punched him and stomped on his head.
