Michael Daryle Rose
Michael Daryle Rose, 48, died on October 2, 2014, in an intake cell at the Coconino County Detention Facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, while detention officers were booking him. According to the Arizona Daily Sun, surveillance footage shows him taken to the intake cell shortly after midnight, and he stopped breathing less than five minutes later. In 2015 the Yavapai County Attorney's office said no criminal charges would be filed against the local law enforcement officers involved.
