Michael Dantzler
Michael Dantzler died on November 11, 2019, while held at Autry State Prison in Pelham, Georgia. The Georgia Department of Corrections says his fatal injuries came from an altercation with another person held at the prison. Medical staff gave him first aid before he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The department's Office of Professional Standards and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are investigating the death.
