Michael Cullen
Michael Cullen, 48, died on January 6, 2017, at the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester, New Hampshire, a community facility where he was held. He was found unresponsive, and correctional staff gave first aid until Manchester Fire Department personnel arrived and pronounced him dead. The New Hampshire Department of Corrections' public information officer, Jeff Lyons, said the Chief Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of death, which has not been determined. The cause and manner of his death remain pending, and the report does not connect it to other drug overdoses the department was investigating.
