Michael Brown
Michael Brown, 52, died on June 5, 2024, in Milford, Connecticut, after Milford police stopped him following a shoplifting report at a Big Y store. According to the WFSB report, he complained of shortness of breath and leg pain after being handcuffed and stopped breathing during transport to Milford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Connecticut Office of Inspector General opened an investigation, and the medical examiner listed the cause of death as pending.
