Michael Brandon Rivers, 43, died on September 9, 2024, while held at the Atlanta City Detention Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Fulton County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his cell during a security round that Monday night. He was being held in pretrial custody without bond.
