Michael Alan Baker
Michael Alan Baker, 60, died on September 22, 2015, while held at the Duchesne County Jail in Utah. Jail staff found him unresponsive about 9:40 a.m. in the shower area of a general population housing unit, and he was taken to Uintah Basin Medical Center in Roosevelt, where doctors pronounced him dead.
