Melvin McKinney
Melvin McKinney died on July 22, 2016, while held at the Bexar County Jail in Texas. A 2019 MySA article reported that he was found dead in his cell and that he hanged himself. The Texas Office of the Attorney General recorded his death in its custodial death report.
