Matthew Scott Shipman
Matthew Scott Shipman, 35, of Jonesboro, died early on August 3, 2022, while held at the Lawrence County Detention Center in Northeast Arkansas. The Arkansas State Police announced they were investigating and sent his body to the state crime laboratory to determine the cause and manner of death. As of the report, autopsy results were still pending, so the cause of his death had not been established.
