Matthew R. Tracy
Matthew R. Tracy, 40, died at the Douglas County Jail over the weekend of April 8-9, 2017. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in a cell room late on Sunday, April 9. The Omaha Fire Department determined he was dead. The sheriff's office has opened an investigation, as state law requires for deaths in custody, and the manner of death is listed as pending.
