Matthew Madrid, 35, died on March 29, 2017, at the medical facility of the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City, the Nevada Department of Corrections said. The department's statement did not give a cause or manner of death. The Carson City sheriff's office coroner is conducting the autopsy.
