Matthew Bagley
Matthew Bagley, 51, of Lebanon, Tennessee, died on February 14, 2024, after he was found unresponsive at the Northwest Regional Correction Center in Crookston, Minnesota, where he was being held. He was taken to Riverview Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Polk County Sheriff's Office says the autopsy found his cause of death to be suicide by hanging and has closed its case. The Minnesota Department of Corrections is conducting an internal investigation.
